driven business we provide foreign investors/corporations
access to the fast growing Indian markets and assist Indian
corporations in accessing global growth capital and overseas
acquisition opportunities. We represent foreign funds, investors
and financial intermediaries in India to source propriety
investment opportunities for them; arrange for distribution/joint
ventures or itself license products to enable international
firms to sell into the Indian market and arrange equity financing
for Indian corporations primarily via private placement to
institutional/private equity investors
